We do not accept returns on any custom-made items. However, we do accept exchanges/adjustments on anything found to be defective. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of item to qualify for an exchange. Buyer pays shipping to us, and we pay shipping back to buyer.
We are not responsible for any mistaken purchases. Please double check that you have selected the correct items in our drop down menus so you will receive the items you wanted!
We are not responsible for corrections on items that go against the specifications as listed in your Custom Listing. This is why we ask that you double-check that all the bullet points (colors, details, etc) within your listing are correct before purchasing.
We are not responsible for covering shipping if the buyer notices an error in the look of the item after it has shipped. (We provide photos for approval before shipping to help avoid this scenario.)
Adjustments/Fixes after 10 days
- If you would like some kind of adjustment to your item in the future please email us. We can quote you a price on the adjustment based on the estimated hours to adjust the item.
- These adjustments can be sizing (if you’ve gained/lost weight), or have added details to your character’s design, etc.
- Please be aware that there can be the occasion where the adjustment is too great to fix, so it may be more affordable to buy a new item. (Example: If you wanted paw pads on paws in a different color we would have to dismantle the whole paw – thus making it more affordable to just buy a new set of paws)
