Step 1: Decide what you want!

Color Swaps – There is no extra charge for getting one of our stock items in different colors. We have a special Color Swap Section on our page just for this! If you don’t see the item you would like in this section just shoot us an email! No biggie.

Item Variant – If you like one of our stock hoodies or kigurumi but would like to sup it up with added details you should check out our Item Variant Section. We have an archive of add-ons which you can just add to your cart as your shopping. We tried to think of as many possible add-ons as we could, but if there’s something we are lacking you can always email us.

Custom Item – This item is designed and built just for you according to your specifications. This is a great way to get clothing or accessories that are truly a pieces of art, and represents your design, OC, or ‘sona. We can do anything from simple designs that are comfy to wear, to extremely complex designs. The choice is yours!

Custom Hoodies or Dresses – start at $75-$350*

Custom Kigurumi or Jammies – start at $150-$450*

Custom Backpacks – starts at $55-$250*

*The prices represent an average range. Items can easily get more expensive if they contain a large amount of detail. The more spots, stripes, tattoo work, horns, or large features you have the more expensive your item is likely to be.

Step 2: Reference

Reference for your custom item
If you would like a quote for any of our custom items you should have some kind of reference for it.

You may just describe the item if:

You want a color swap of a stock item we have.
You want an item that is basically like one of our stock items but has some added features.

You may submit an image of the character/animal if:

You trust us to interpret that character or animal into a hoodie/kigu/etc.

You should submit a drawing of how you want your item to look if:

You’re particular about details.
You have a specific vision of how you want your item to come out.
*We have an archive of hoodie, backpack, and kigurumi blanks available for you to create your design in the Blanks Archive.

You should commission a drawing of how your item will look if:

You don’t want to do the art yourself but you do want to make sure you know just what you’re getting before you get it!
You want to see how we translate your character into a hoodie,kigurumi, or backpack.
*A commissioned drawing requires you pay a $20 design fee. You may pay via this link, or we can invoice you in paypal.

Step 3: Submit your quote!

This is easy! Just submit one of these forms and fill out all the needed information! Be as clear as possible. We recommend describing the item starting from the top (the head) and working your way down to make sure you don’t forget any details.

We will review your quote as quickly as possible. It usually takes up to 3 days for a response. On occasion it can take a bit longer. For example: If Bitz is away working a convention over the weekend.

Step 4: Custom Listing

Once we’ve reviewed your quote we will be sending you an email link to your very own custom listing. This is a listing just for you – your item will not be available for purchase by others.
Please read over your listing carefully as the description will contain a bulleted list of all the specifics of your item, including the colors, components, and details. If there is anything incorrect in the listing you should email us immediately so we may adjust the listing before purchase.

By purchasing the listing you are agreeing that your item will be made according to the details stated within this listing – so you want to double check your listing is accurate!

Your listing will be available to you for 6 months. After that we will remove it, so if you decide you want it later you will have to email us with your quote number, or possibly re-submit your Quote Form. The re-instated listing may have different prices that reflect our more current prices.

You can use the listing to pay for your custom. We accept credit or debit, or paypal. You may also select to send in a check or money order, but be aware that we do not begin work on your item until these are received, deposited, and cleared into our account. If you send cash in the mail you do so at your own risk, we are not responsible for lost envelopes in mail.

Step 5: Construction

We will begin constructing your design once we have received your payment. This process usually takes from 2-4 weeks.

We may send a progress pic or two along the way, usually for larger projects.

Once we have made your design we will send you images of the front, sides, and back so you can check out all the details! This is to make sure we got everything correct on our end before shipping it out to you. If you need something corrected, let us know so we can fix it.

Step 6: Shipping

Once you have approved your item we ship it out to you. We will email you with your tracking number.

Items are insured for the full value of the item, and items in excess of $500 must be signed for. If someone is not home to sign for your package they will hold it for you for pick-up at the post. You may request we do not require signature if that is your wish.

We ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping within the USA takes 2-4 days, while shipping internationally can take 1-2 weeks.

Step 7: Receiving your order

In the unlikely event you receive your item and have a fit or adjustment issue please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item so we can discuss the best way to help you. If needed you can ship it back for an adjustment. We will process and get your item back to you asap!
